Surya clears the air on Sri Lankan movie

Surya had to issue a public statement to refute recent rumours that he is to star in a Sri Lankan production early next year.

In a letter to the press, Surya indicated that there was absolutely no truth in the rumours, adding that he was now completing work on Hari’s Singam after which he will commence his bilingual project in Tamil and Hindi for Ramgopal Varma. This will be followed by a trilingual for A.R.Murugadhaas who is to make a film simultaneously in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.

Surya emphasised that he has not entered into any discussion regarding any other film.
